ONLINE STORE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
§1 General Provisions
1. The online store operates at: https://riffywiary.pl.
2. The store is owned by Ferway sp. z o.o., ul. Batorego 73, 05-070 Sulejówek, Poland, registered under KRS 0000631070, NIP 8222354582, REGON 365129544.

§2 Definitions
– “Store” – an online service enabling the purchase of digital products.
– “Customer” – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit placing an order.
– “Digital Product” – a music file (e.g., MP3, WAV, ZIP with stems) available for download after payment.
§3 Orders and Payments
1. Orders are placed through the store’s website.
2. Payments are processed via PayPal and other available payment methods.
3. Product prices include VAT.
§4 Delivery of Digital Products
1. Digital products are delivered electronically via a download link made available after payment is received.
2. The download link is valid for a limited time (3 days) and may have a restricted number of downloads.
§5 Right of Withdrawal
1. In accordance with Article 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content that is not delivered on a tangible medium once the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior consent.
§6 Complaints
1. The Customer has the right to file a complaint in case of a defective file (e.g., damaged link, download error).

§7 Additional (Bonus) Products
1. The Store may provide additional materials (e.g., audio files, graphics, wallpapers) as free bonuses accompanying purchased products.
2. Additional products are provided solely for personal, non-commercial use.
3. The Customer is not entitled to resell, redistribute, or share them with third parties.
4. Copyrights to additional materials belong to their creators or entities from which the Store has obtained appropriate licenses.
§8 Final Provisions
1. These Terms and Conditions enter into force upon publication on the store’s website.
